Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently offer international shipping to select range of international countries. Currently, we ship to United States, Australia, United Kingdom, and the rest of Asian countries.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We make it our priority to dispatch your order by the next business day once your payment has be processed. Expected delivery time is 2-3 working days in Singapore and 5-7 working days for overseas destinations.

How will my order be shipped?

When ordering online, our system will automatically select the best shipping option depending on your location. Simply add your products to cart and on the checkout page, the shipping options will appear.

Return

How do I return something to you?

We will make the return process easy for you. If you received an incorrect item, a defective item or unhappy with a product’s performance, please contact our customer care team at custsvc@lyteprotein.sg . We will arrange a delivery return label for you and instructions to ensure the return will be made to us safely.

Once we received and processed the return, we will either send you a replacement product or arrange a refund, depending on your requirements. Please do allow up to 7 business days for processing returns.

What is your refund policy?

If for any reason your good(s) are damaged upon receiving them, or they are the not the correct product(s) you ordered, please take a photo and contact us as soon as possible, so we can arrange to exchange it with the correct product(s). Please do not dispose of the item(s) until we have exchanged it.

We will cover all transport costs involved in replacing and exchanging incorrect or damaged good(s).

We reserve the right to ask you to send us back the product(s) whether it is damaged, or not the correct item/product before we issue a replacement or exchange. In the case of our error, or goods damaged in transit, we will cover all transport costs.

If you feel that your return falls outside of our policy, we encourage you to drop us an email at custsvc@lyteprotein.sg to confirm if your return can be accepted.
